Jumper Boy

Sorry it's been a bit... I've been busy graduating :D Tomorrow is the big day! HOORAY!!! DONE WITH COLLEGE!

Last night I jumped after one of Tiff's lessons and she stayed to set jumps for me. Jimmy jumped big! He jumped (and cleared!) a 3'3" oxer that was prob 3'6" wide. He LOVES to jump big! He has been very fresh and excitable, he seems to really enjoy jumping now! I'm so thrilled. The bigger we jump, the more he acts like a jumper, which I'm pumped about! I really thought he'd be a hunter, but as he grows up, he is proving me wrong! As long as he can JUMP, he'll be a great jumper! Quick on his feet, nice tight turns, he needs work on his lead changes though, he keeps skipping for the back. TROT TROT TROT TROT. We will be working out our rear so we regain our muscle memory for lead changes!! :D

Doobie is very happy lately. I've been brushing him and fussing over him at night when I go out, so he gets all proud and excited as if he's saying, "See Jimmy, she's always gunna love me most". Lol. Which is true. As much as I love JC to death, Doobie will always be my heart and soul <3. I am so blessed to have TWO horsey soul mates.
